What is Reserve Online?
Reserve Online, Pick Up In Store is a convenient way for you to get the items you need quickly and easily, at a store that’s convenient for you. When you reserve online, your parts will be held for you at your preferred NAPA AUTO PARTS Store. Then, when it’s convenient for you, head down to the store to pick up your parts and pay. It’s easy as 1–2–3.
Select your store
In the "Find a Store" field at the top of the NAPAOnline.com page, enter the ZIP code for the area that you want to find a NAPA AUTO PARTS Store. You will be presented with a map and a list of stores near you. Select the desired store by clicking the "Make It Your Store" option.
If you have an account with NAPAOnline.com you may already have a preferred store saved. Log in to your NAPAOnline.com account to use a saved store location. If you do not have an account, click here to register.
Find your items
Use the "Find a Part" field to search our database of over 500,000 items. You can refine your results by using the filters found on the left side of the page. To make sure you are finding the correct parts for your vehicle, enter your specific vehicle information in the “Select a Vehicle” field near the top of the page.
When you have found your items, click the “Reserve & Pick Up” button to add the item to your cart. If an item is not available at your store it can be ordered and sent there, or you can reserve the item at a different store that has the item in stock.
Confirm reservation
After adding items to your cart, you can view them or make changes by clicking on the shopping cart. To confirm your reservation, click the "Reserve" button. When you reserve an item online, your store will hold the item for you to pick up. You won’t have to pay for your items until you pick them up.
Warehouse Items are not currently at your store, but are available for order. Please call store to verify the specific location and delivery details for those items.
